After my hairdresser used this on my hair the last year or so I enquiried about buying one-if available. I found the best prices on RY and purchased immediately. Since using it early jan 2015 everyday my hair is like when I come back from the salon! Smooth, silky and much better condition. I still use my ghd when I go away-(packing it purely for convenience!) and realise how much more damage it's done to my hair over the years-Very drying. The steam pod is awesome and so gentle on hair with the steam. I highly recommend. Your hair will love you for it! Guaranteed!

Better than my GHD! Wish I bought one earlier.

I have frizzy/curly afro fine hair and have always believed that my GHD was that greatest invention ever. Initially it was but after years of using it my hair became very dry and damaged. Also it frizzed up as soon as I stepped outside. After reading reviews of the Loreal Steampod I decided that I had to try something else as I lost the shine in my hair when it's been straightened. This worked amazingly on my hair and it was actually shiny! My hair looks so healthy. It was definitley worth the money. It really delivers what it promises and it's better for your hair. Variable temperatures is great too.

Worth every penny

After using a GHD for years I can't believe what a difference this makes. I don't end up with dry, crispy hair that frizzes the moment a drop of water is in the air. It is unbelievable how soft and healthy this makes my hair feel. I put some Maui Miracle Oil in my hair before using and it makes my hair feel amazing. Like others have said, it cuts down the time it takes to straighten you hair significantly.

Terrific product

The Steampod has tamed my unruly hair & it is now sleek and shiny. I'm only sorry I hadn't had one of these for the last 20 years!!! Pricing from RY was terrific - $100 less than buying from my local hair salon. Full marks to Steampod and RY for such a good product at such a good price.

No More Chemical Straightening

I am Chinese with naturally black hair. My hair was treated with chemical straightening for more than 10 times and I fount that My hair can't do anymore chemical straightening on my hair as it is severely damaged by this harsh process. When I search from some Chinese websites, many Asian girls recommend this Steampod and the results are amazing good. So I bought it from RY and have tried using it for two weeks now. Result is perfectly good and much better than other flat irons in the market. Remember to use it with Steampod Serum, this is an excellent serum for severe damaged hair.

No more Chemical Straightening

I am Chinese with naturally black hair. My hair has been treated with Chemical Straightening for not less than 10 times and I found I can't do the chemical straightening anymore on my hair as my hair is severely damaged.

OMG Amazing!

I bought this after reading all the reviews and even then I was a little sceptical. Anyway I bought one. And let me tell you it is the best thing I have ever bought. Even my hairdresser loved the results, he wants to buy one himself. I have fine curly hair. After straightening with the Steampod my hair is so straight and silky people don’t believe I have curly hair. I have never been able to achieve these results not even with my GHD.

So after six years my GHD's lost their wow factor and I started to notice it was drying my hair out and wouldn't last as long. My hair dresser tried the steam pod on my hair and I was sold. After ordering my pod on the Thursday and receiving on the Saturday morning (thanks RY) I have ditched the GHD and am now on team STEAM POD! My hair feels amazing and as someone with frizzy/curly/looks like a pyramid when it naturally dries hair this device changes the game! I can get away with not having to restyle/redo my hair for up to three days which is the best thing for someone like me who isn't so fussed to style their hair every morning. Thanks RY and L'Oreal!

Amazing Straightners

I purchased the Steam Pod a few weeks ago and I am smitten! I have fine, frizzy and very curly hair. The Steam Pod is by far the best straightner I have ever bought. I now get the same results I would get from my hairdresser. The steam is so gentle on your hair. I highly recommend this product. I have 3 other straightners and they have all burnt my hair and left it very brittle. I just love the Steam Pod. Thank you RY for your prompt services too.
