I agree that it's not for thick hair

I bought this brush hoping I could get a little more volume than with a straightener, however it does take too long and no matter how much time I spent on it my hair frizzed up during the day because it just never straightened it as sleek as my GHD straightener. Also found that with the control buttons on side I kept turning temp down or off.

Not good for thick hair.

I was very excited to receive this product and eager to use it on my hair, the brush seemed good quality and value but unfortunately if you have thick hair and curls it is useless. I have thick wavy hair and even seperated my hair into sections and it would still not straighten my hair and was actually damaging my hair. A normal straightener leaves my hair shines and sleek but this was drying my hair out and making it feel like straw.

Would return if possible

Really not that much quicker than using a straightener and the results weren't that impressive... It takes away some of the frizz and smooths out a little but not a lot- and my hair isn't that thick (but is wavy).

Not very good on thick hair

I bought this hoping it worked as good as the reviews, however have found that it doesn't live up to its promises. It takes about 5 minutes to heat up and as I have thick heavy hair and the brush can barely get through it. I need to push it through with my hand on the other side. Eventually got some sort of straightening going, but find that my hair frizzes out after a few hours, it never did that with my GHD straighteners. Might be OK to use as a daily brush/straightener after I've straightened my hair with GHD first.

Totally Awesome

Absolutely perfect. I have thick long, wavy hair! And its fully straight in less than 10mins. All my friends have ghds and i was jealous, but now its the other way round.

Absolute God Sent

I am in loveee!!! I have extremely thick hair which is quite long, I use to use a GHD which would take almost an hour to completely straighten my hair. Now it takes me 10 minutes!!! I am in love thank you so much best purchase i have made in a long time! xx
