Shampoo: Use daily on wet hair, massage into a lather. Rinse.
Conditioner: After shampooing, apply and distribute from scalp through ends. Leave on 1-3 minutes. Rinse.

Cerafill Retaliate Trial Kit
This product was recommended to me by a hairdresser and its a great product if you are loosing your hair or can I say getting to that age where things start to change. My hair is getting so thin and for a woman that is not good but this product seems to be doing the job.

Excellent! Highly recommend
I was sceptical... but with thinning hair due to so much bleaching I had nothing to loose. In only a few weeks I can already see and feel the difference. No longer do I freak out when my partner goes to run his fingers through my hair. The shampoo and conditioner leaves your scalp feeling invigorated with the slight cooling sensation of the menthol. The results - soft subtle and noticeably fuller looking hair.
