Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Extreme is a superb conditioning and moisturising pre-shampoo treatment. It contains higher active doses of the ingredients found in Elasticizer.to address the unique structure, styling and grooming needs of African and Caribbean hair types. Hydrolyzed Elastin improves the hair's tensile strength while enhancing moisture retention, helping to reduce breakage and increase stretch. Castor Oil and Glycerin lock in moisture while Olive Oil high in Vitamin E and essential fatty acids boosts shine. Elasticizer Extreme can also be used on extremely dry and damaged Caucasian hair, or hair that has recently been bleached or had a colour strip service. With frequent use, Elasticizer Extreme reveals stronger, healthier hair with greater body, bounce and shine.
