Activate the shampoo by placing a small amount in hands and rub together with a little water. Massage into hair working from root to tip for a feather-soft lather. Rinse completely from scalp to ends. If you are making the transition from conventional to natural shampoo, it may take up to 8 washes to see the full results.

Great shampoo
Great shampoo that's gentle on the hair but gives a nice lather and smells really nice too, not too strongly. CG approved for clarifying, which I need to do often and this is my favourite shampoo for it. I really love it and would definitely recommend!
