Step 2. Use base of the tip to fill from the brow anchor to the brow arch.
Step 3. Fill in the remainder of the tail of the eyebrow using the narrow end of the applicator.

Amazing product!!!
I have been using this eyebrow pencil for a few years, I have tried other products from other brands and nothing Dow’s as good of a job as this one!! Would recommend 10/10
