Directions:
- Press your Vegan Eye Shadow Brush into the mineral powder
- Tap off the excess and apply to your eyelids as desired.
- Liquid Eyeliner: Tap a small portion of mineral eyeshadow into the lid and mix with a drop of water. Use your Vegan Angle Brush to use as an intense liquid eyeliner.
