IF YOU’RE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER TO US AND RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Simply email our customer service team at sales@ry.com.au and our dedicated staff will help you to organise your return. All that we ask is that the product is unused and the packaging unopened. Once we receive your products back, a store credit will be applied to your account for future use. If you have used PayPal to place your order, you may be eligible for PayPal Free Returns. Users are entitled to 8 free returns per year for shipping costs up to $45. CONDITIONS:

  • Prior to returning your goods, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorisation.
  • The product/s must arrive back to us in new condition with the original box, packaging and contents enclosed.
  • Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.Upon receiving a return, the products will be inspected. Re-postage will be at the buyer’s expense.
  • Our 120 day return policy is effective from the invoice date of your order.
  • PayPal Free Returns is available for purchases made after 16/03/15.
  • PayPal Free Returns is available for up to 8 PayPal orders per year.
  • PayPal Free Returns is available for incurred shipping costs up to $45AUD.

REFUNDS

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer service team by contacting them at sales@ry.com.au or on 03 9262982. Customers will always be refunded via the same method of payment that was used to place the initial order. Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind. In this case, customers will have the option to either exchange their products for alternatives available on RY.com.au, or receive a store credit.
