Errr...waterproof not so much
Bought this as was looking for a smudge proof eyeliner. Never heard of the brand so thought I’d give it a try as it was on sale and online reviews were good. Smudged within an hour or two of wearing. Granted I did have a few issues with my right eye today (dry contacts ) but both eyes were smudged and panda-ish after only an hour of wear. Disappointed.
