Body Cream: To maximise absorption and to seal in moisture apply generously after shower or bath to warm, damp skin. Massage over entire body with gentle circular movements, concentrating on areas such as knees and elbows.
Body Scrub: Smooth a small amount all over the body, paying particular attention to rough areas. Massage gently in a circular motion over the entire body then rinse off in a warm shower. Use weekly or when your skin is dull and lifeless. Excellent for sensitive skins – apply, leave and rinse (without manual exfoliation), and it will still have the enzymatic effect. Great to use for those prior to spray tanning especially in combination with the exfoliating body mitt.
Body Cleanser: Use daily. To cleanse, apply a small amount onto damp skin and massage in circular motions over the body, then rinse. In the bath pump a small amount into warm, running water and soak.
Hair Masque: Apply to wet hair and massage deep into the scalp. Leave in for 20-30 minutes and rinse. Repeat weekly.
Candle: The first time you burn your ASPAR candle, allow it to burn for at least 2 hours, until the whole top is liquid with wax. This will help your candle burn more evenly the next time. Always centre the wick, trim it to 6mm and remove any wick debris before burning. Place the candle on the wooden lid while burning, and after burning replace the wooden lid with care. ASPAR candles burn for approximately 60 hours.
Body Mitt: Massage the Exfoliating Body Mitt on skin in circular motions over the body before or during soaking in the bath or showering. Repeat weekly. After use, rinse thoroughly and store in a dry, airy place. Machine washable.
