Alpha-H Beauty Sleep Power Peel:
Use two evenings a week. Apply to clean, dry skin using circular motions all over the face, neck and decolletage. No need to apply a night cream. Wear an SPF moisturiser the following day.
For particularly sensitive skin: Repeat once or twice a week. Cleanse skin, apply to the face, neck and decolletage. Wait for ten minutes then wash away. Follow with a moisturiser.Alpha-H Liquid Gold:
Apply Liquid Gold onto cleansed skin each alternate night. Moisten cotton ball or pad with solution and apply evenly over the face, neck and decolletage. Avoid eye and lip areas. When the skin is touch dry apply your Alpha-H serum and/or moisturiser. For an intensive treatment leave on overnight and do not apply serum or moisturiser.

Power duo
This combo is a winning duo! I use the power peel twice a week and the liquid gold every other night. Since using these two my skin is glowing in the morning and looks smoother. I have used other overnight peels that have caused breakouts. The Power Peel hasn't caused my skin to breakout. The Liquid Gold is light, not oily and hasn't cause breakouts. I have a morning routine that I love so I only use this at night. I highly recommend this duo
