12reasons not to buy

I have never left a review, but I just had to. I've been using this shampoo for 2 months now. I have long, fine, unprocessed, "normal" hair. After every application my hair gets all tangled in knots and when I rinse the shampoo out, it feels like sandpaper. It has completely stripped the moisture out of my locks, given no shine, no nothing, zero benefits - except an oily scalp barely 48 later. I guess you get what you pay for.
