This is not just a review of the product, but a thumbs-up for RY. I placed an order for a number of products and ordered several of one of them. It turned out that I ordered more than were currently in stock and received an email to that effect from the Customer Service team. It was the second time I ordered something that was "in stock" on the website but not "in stock" (in sufficient quantity) to fill my order. To their credit, RY responded to my reply by shipping the available part of the order straight away and sending the rest later, without additional charge. (They also gave me the option of waiting for the full order if I wanted to.) The part of the order they could fill arrived in a couple of days. I don't think you could ask for more from an online seller! Thanks very much for your great products and very helpful after-sales service!
